Action-Fraction has launched a two-day course aimed at project-based businesses – Project Review Skills and Lessons Learnt Facilitation

Derby based Action-Fraction has launched a two-day course aimed at businesses that are involved in complex, high value client projects. The Project Review Skills and Lessons Learnt Facilitation course covers areas such as how to facilitate a project review, planning and preparing for a workshop, engaging project managers and teams, techniques and activities to use during the workshop. These learning skills will be developed with practical hands-on exercises and incorporated over the duration of the course into professional course notes for the attendees to take away.

This course will benefit businesses that are looking to make improvements to how they run their client projects. It will provide project managers with the skills to facilitate their own project reviews internally. Attendees of the course will be able to work with project teams to review what went well and what could be improved upon within their projects.

Catherine Wheatcroft, Action-Fraction’s Lead Facilitator said: “This course is invaluable for project managers that want to make improvements and use best practice in future projects. It will empower project teams to be able to run lessons learnt workshops in-house and go a long way to ensure that project mistakes are not repeated. Internal teams will be better able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their processes and methods.”
