Project Review Knowledge Talks

04 February 2014 | By Catherine Wheatcroft

We are pleased to announce that Action-Fraction are now able to provide knowledge talks on project review best practice to membership organisations, associations and directly to industry clients. Following several requests for such a service, it appears there is a need for continuous professional development in the area of post project review techniques.

Whilst post project review and learning from past experience on projects is not a new concept, it is accepted that there is always room for improvement. The value of knowing how to improve, what to improve and why it needs to be improved is the key.

Action-Fraction's knowledge talks provide an insight into what post project review success looks like and the key components needed for the project and business to benefit from the process. We share our extensive research into the effectiveness of different methodologies used in industry and debate whether they are being used merely as a tick box exercise at project close out.

Catherine Wheatcroft, founder of Action-Fraction comments on the service, "The momentum for sharing knowledge through talks and presentations to groups has been growing for us over the last few months. We are able to offer a flexible way for project teams to better their current practices, without taking people away from their day jobs for long periods. Our talks can be anything up to two hours and we are happy to provide them during working hours or during the evenings".
